Return / Swap over form

To ensure your body fully adjusts to your new mattress, we kindly recommend a minimum of 14 days of sleep before initiating a return. We understand that even the most comfortable mattresses may not suit everyone's preferences. However, there's no need to fret! Returning your mattress or any other item is a seamless process, and we're committed to making it as effortless as we can.

All returned mattresses must be enclosed in the original plastic bag provided at the time of sale. This is a strict requirement, as our freight companies will not collect or transport mattresses that are not securely sealed in this protective covering. The plastic bag ensures the mattress is kept hygienic, damage-free, and easy to handle during the return process. Customers are responsible for ensuring their mattress is properly repacked before pickup can be arranged.
